Vincent is consultant in TVET Sector, Certified TVET School Manager issued by Rwanda Polytechnique (RP), certified TVET Trainer issued by Rwanda Polytechnique (RP) , Certified Event Manager issued by GIZ/GOPA and Professional TVET Trainer with 10+ Years of experience.

He holds bachelor’s degree in Education (English-French with Education) He has an extensive experience in TVET Training System and E-Learning Content development, Trainings Manuals development and Training of Trainers Trainings.

He has successfully accomplished various educational related assignments in various organizations private and public such as Training other trainers in CPD, Strengthening education services such as professional examinations management, Development of Professional qualifications and training materials for different institutions, contribution in the setting CBA Nation examinations.

Vincent is therefore, a TVET School Manager Certified and TVET Trainer Certified who strongly contributed to the Co-workers professional development and School administration staff capacity Building through Mentorship and assistance, he has advanced training in competency-based Training/Assessment, and learning strategies.
