Mr. Gahungu Faradji

GAHUNGU Faradji is a Senior Consultant in TVET Sector, Certified DACUM facilitator issued by CVA and Rwanda –WDA (Workforce Development Authority), Certified competences-based training program development issued by CVA and Rwanda -WDA Certified training of trainers of Conseil d'Orientation Professionnelle (career guidance) issued by SWISSCONATCT He holds an advanced diploma in Animal Productions. He has worked with different institutions in curricula development and skills development. Key areas of expertise include: Instructional Materials development such as Trainer’s Guide and Trainee’s Guide. Sector Occupational and Job Analysis, DACUM Facilitation Process, DACUM Training, Occupational standards development, Curriculum Design, competency-based assessment, career guidance. With the mentioned expertise he managed to accomplish different assignments such as organizing and facilitating technical and pedagogical training of TVET Trainers, facilitating development, validation and of different curricula, piloting and evaluation of curricula in agriculture sector, development of short courses training project and workplace learning of workplace learning in Great Lack Regions (Western of Rwanda, Province de Bukavu in RDC and Province de Kayanza In Burundi). Conducting informational and professional orientation for apprenticeship candidates. He has contributed in development of different instructional materials such as CBT curriculum development manual, CBT assessment manual and TVET schools Audit manual and He has been managing a TVET school production unit.
